your first names All of you – first names only is fine. what problem are you solving, and who has it? Be specific about the person and the moment. 'A student who cannot find housing three weeks before term starts' is a person. 'Young people who need housing' is not. how do people handle this problem today? What do they actually do right now – not what you wish they would do. what evidence do you have that this is a real problem? Conversations, observations, your own experience. If you have none yet, say so. what have you already tried or tested? Prototypes, landing pages, conversations, anything. Nothing yet is a valid answer. where is your team right now?
